What's the difference between a car wash, a valet, and detailing?
A car wash is a surface-level clean. A valet goes deeper with interior vacuuming and exterior hand drying. Detailing is the complete package—paint decontamination, machine polishing, protection application, and interior deep cleaning that restores and preserves your vehicle. We offer all three levels, so you can choose what’s right for you.
How long does a detail take?
It depends entirely on the package and your vehicle’s condition. Our Gloss Enhancement takes 3-4 hours, while our Concierge Detail may require 2-3 days. We’ll provide a clear timeframe when you book.
Can you remove scratches from my car?
Yes, most light to moderate scratches can be significantly reduced or eliminated through our machine polishing process. Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat may require touch-up paint, which we can discuss during consultation.
How often should I get my car detailed?
For optimal maintenance, we recommend detailing every 4-6 months, depending on your driving habits, storage conditions, and exposure to the elements. Regular detailing preserves your paint and interior, protecting your vehicle’s value.
Do you work on all vehicle types?
Absolutely. From hatchbacks to supercars, commercial vans to classic collectibles—we’ve detailed them all. Our mechanical background means we’re comfortable with vehicles of any age or complexity.
Can I drive my car immediately after detailing?
Yes, you can drive immediately after most services. However, if you’ve had a ceramic coating applied, we recommend 24 hours of cure time before exposing the vehicle to rain or extreme conditions.
